Trusted by leading retailers
Retailers across every sector deploy the Limpidius infrastructure at their points of sale.
Grocery and food service: the highest receipt volumes and footfall peaks that leave no room for latency at the till. EdgarPOS absorbs network micro-outages without ever holding up the queue.
DIY and garden: large baskets and a high share of returns and exchanges. The e-receipt is proof of purchase that stays findable months later from the WebArchive, with no paper kept by the customer.
Fashion and apparel. The e-receipt extends the relationship past the sale: simpler returns, loyalty enrolment through Homer le Customer, purchased items pushed back to the CRM.
Footwear: strong seasonality and a largely franchised network. Nestor Stores exposes the same purchase history across every brand in the group, whichever store issued the receipt.
Beauty and culture: over 70% of customers are identified, with strong take-up of the e-receipt by email. Phil Goods enriches every receipt line with its product image and details.
Home and variety: broad assortments and receipts running to many lines. The Platon rendering stays readable where a paper receipt no longer is.
How a rollout runs.
Three phases, from the first pilot till to the full network.
Technical scoping
An inventory of the POS estate and the choice of transmission method: EdgarPOS for a heterogeneous estate, Socrate to take over the existing print stream, Platon for checkouts already able to emit structured data.
In-store pilot
Deployment across a sample of stores, validating the checkout journey, the consent collection rate and the e-receipt rendering across every surface.
Network-wide rollout
Progressive migration of the network, CRM and mobile wallet hook-up, and activation of the additional modules in the retailer's order of priority.
